South Dakota Wheat Promotional Fee Refund Form Request

There are currently two options for requesting a refund form:

  1. Complete the submission form below.
  2. Mail a written, signed request for a refund application to the SD Wheat Commission Office (address listed below in terms).

Notice

  • Email forms will be sent from no-reply@sdwheat.org and may take up to 5 business days to arrive.  Please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us about a missing form.

Terms and Conditions

  • Producers selling wheat in South Dakota have 60 days from the date of fee assessment (payment issued) to apply for a refund.  Completed forms and supporting documents must be received by the South Dakota Wheat Commission within 60 days of the sale.
  • Refund requests must be completed on the official numbered application form and accompanied by:
    1. Any combination of copies of the check stub, assembly/settlement sheet or CCC loan papers which cumulatively verify all the following: Date of issued payment, number of bushels, and amount of promotional fee assessed.
    2. Name, address and original signature of the producer on the application.
    3. Name and address of the first purchaser/elevator.

      Please note: The name on the application and supporting documents must be identical.

  • Completed application forms along with supporting documentation must be mailed to the South Dakota Wheat Commission office at:
