Some of the winter wheat will be heading out in the next couple days. The future weather forecast indicates warm and dry conditions with sporadic rain events across the state. Currently, scab risk for the entire state is low.

As the winter wheat crop approaches flowering, use the Fusarium head blight

(scab) model to help assess risk in specific growing regions.
