Details:
· Return contract by November 13, 2017.
· A 6’ table and chair will be provided for each booth. Please notify us if additional tables and chairs are needed.
· Exhibit space assignments are based on size, spot preference, electrical need and date contract was received.
Set-Up:
· Monday, December 4, 2017 between 6:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. or Tuesday, December 5, 2017 between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
Take-Down:
· Wednesday, December 6, 2017, at the close of the conference.
